1. Use of the Service

The Service allows you to upload and convert images into different formats. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2. User Sessions

When you use the Service, a session will be created for you. Uploaded images will be automatically deleted when you upload new images. If you do not upload new images, your session will last for one hour. After one hour, your session will expire and any uploaded images will be deleted.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you upload or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so and that the User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of any User Content, but by uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Service.
